Saturday May 4
Optional Practice Day
9am Pit Gate Opens (No Cars Unloaded Until 9:45am)
10am Hoosier Tire Sales Open (Practice Tires Only)
10am ASAMT Tech Open for Sunday Approval, anytime until 4pm, passing cars will not have to go
through pre-qualifying tech on Sunday. Make sure your car has passed and has proper decal for
qualifying on Sunday
1pm Rotating Practice begins ASAMT, Midwest Trucks
5pm End of Practice (Haulers allowed to stay in place)
5:30pm Post Practice Party with Food and Drinks

Sunday May 5
9am Pit Gate Opens
9am Tire Sales Open
9am ASAMT Tech Open for Unapproved Cars and Sunday arrivals, all cars must have approved decal to
qualify
10am Turn One Chapel Service
10:45am Mandatory Drivers Meeting
11:30am Rotating Practice Begins (No Engines Prior)
Midwest Trucks until 11:45
ASAMT until 12:05
Midwest Trucks until 12:25
ASAMT until 12:42
12:45pm Qualifying Begins
Midwest Trucks (groups of 5 for 4 laps)
ASAMT (single car, 2 laps, cars likely to be top 20 will be sent to scales for post qualifying tech,
watch for official at bottom of the ramp, no weight allowance for qualifying, no team member
may touch cars until instructed by ASAMT Official)
Top 20 Autograph Session in Turn 4 Party Pavilion
1:50pm Opening Ceremonies
1:57pm Invocation/National Anthem
2:00pm Racing Begins
Midwest Truck Heats 8 laps
ASAMT Last Chance 12 laps
Midwest Truck Feature 36 laps
